Volunteer openings for members are available in the following areas:

• Project Teams --  ES project teams perform a vital role in Earthian Society -- they transform member ideas and discussions into concrete actions. Without project teams and projects, there is no action. Without action, there is no positive change. As Chuck Norris said "if you want to accomplish anything in life, you can't just sit back and hope it will happen. You've got to make it happen."
  

• Forum Moderators -- Forum moderators are required to act as facilitators, helping move discussions towards accomplishing our objectives. Objectivity and coaching skills are required. Minimal time required (about two or three hours a week). 

• CRM Volunteers -- Create entries for our fundraising and marketing/publicity customer relationship management (CRM) systems. CRM experience not necessary.
  

• Fundraisers  -- We're looking for people to present Earthian Society to potential foundation, trust, corporate and government donors. Activities include research, completing proposals and applications, letter writing, contacting people, etc. Experience in this area is most welcomed!

• Web Content Updaters -- Adding or deleting news items through our content management system. You do not need to know html or other web software.

• Website Designers, PHP Programmers, Photo/Flash Illustrators --  Design and modify website templates. Create graphics and flash animations. Program new functionality and bug fixing (PHP).

• Writers and Researchers --  To write marketing and publicity items, statistics for Quick Facts, website articles, newsletters, funding proposals, survey overviews, etc.

• Social Network Reps. -- To maintain an ES presence on social networking sites.

• Marketing and Communications Professionals -- To publicize and promote Earthian Society to a wide variety of audiences. Efforts include membership drives, community-building, media exposure, public relations, press kits, educational kits/resources, etc. We're open to your suggestions and help!

• General Administrative Help -- Activities related to the "front office" operations of the Society.

• National Coordinators  & Project Managers -- As the organization develops, we will require volunteers in these areas.
